1. How hard is
it to assemble a shed or gazebo kit?
Not hard at all. Our kits come with easy to read instructions and material that is
pre-cut.
2. What kind of special tools or skills are required to
assemble your shed?
No special tools or skills are required. Our sheds are easily assembled by one or two
people in about a day.
3. What is not included in your kit?
Shingles, paint and patio stones for the floor foundation are not included. |

4.
Do your products need to be painted or treated?
All products need to be painted or treated within 30 days of purchase to validate the
warranty.
5. Why aren't asphalt shingles included in your kit?
Because these shingles weigh so much, it is not cost effective for the customer to have
them shipped. Not only will you be saving money but will also have a choice in roofing
material and color to match the roof of your home or building. Your local building supply
store should have what suits you best.
6. Does your kit come with nails, hardware and instructions?

7. Do I need a
building permit?
It depends on where you live. Usually a building permit is required for a shed over 120
sq. ft. Check with your local building codes.
8. Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, 5 years, although some components may be covered for longer periods by the
manufacturer.
9. What are the dimensions of a shed kit?
Most standard kits are 4 ft. wide by 8 ft. long by 2 ft. high. |
